First time on the calendar for this event, and we used it as extended trials for those who couldn't make it to as many of the Leeds-based sessions as they wanted.

European Ultimate Championships Finals Paris 2008

Every game at this tournament is tough which is what makes it so special.

UK Nationals 2008The team moved smoothly through the early rounds

LLL women went to Amsterdam in June 2008 to compete in the womens division of the Windmill Windup tournament.

LLL women competed in the UKUA domestic tour in 2008 and the results of each tour are shown below:

Tour 1, Bristol - Won in the final against Iceni (London based team)!

LeedsLeedsLeeds were awarded 'Most Spirited Team' in both the Womens and Open division at the European Ultimate Club Finals in Basel, Switzerland, an amazing achievement for the club.

Although Leeds took the UKUA tour title off Iceni they failed to take the double when they lost in the UKUA Nationals final to a very strong Iceni first team.

Leeds women beat Swift in the Tour 3 final taking first place overall in the 2007 UKUA Women's Tour with Iceni finishing a close second!

Leeds beat Iceni in sudden death in what was an epic final played in several inches of mud!

By Captain, Sally FraserTour 1 what to say!? Looking back I think Tour 1 was pretty amazing. I have never been at a tournament where 4 of the 5 games have gone to the wire! Three sudden death games, one 11-13! That's incredible and really exciting! On Saturday our first game was against Swift our cutting was all over the place but to our credit we stuck in and ground out the win in sudden death.
