Felt like a massive effort to hold seed, particularly after a shameful loss to The Brown, but they finished every game strongly to end the weekend 9th, showing that they'd improved over the off-season.

We put in a great performance to destroy Tooting Tigers, and were one point away from beating EMO after a relatively poor start. The weekend closed with an encouraging victory over Team Shark: as ever, if their main players are shutdown, it gets a lot harder for them, but they are starting to develop credible deep threats outside of Lee Noble, so are likely to be a tough fixture throughout the season.
